1. Why are gifs not showing in my cross chat channel?

Answer : Make sure you have enabled embed links for your channel (not category, particularly set it for channel)

2. Why are emojis not showing in cross chat?

Answer : Custom server emojis can be only shown if cross chat is present in that server.
